Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items purchased from us within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition to be resold.

No returns or exchanges on sale items.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.

We may inspect the product to confirm the defect before processing your refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment within 7–10 working days once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
